I was born and raised in Los Angeles. This city shaped me with its creativity, culture, and endless possibility. For most of my life, acting was my world. I trained, performed, and eventually became an acting coach and teacher. Helping others find their truth, their voice, and the deeper layers of themselves filled my soul. I also spent years nannying for different families where I held space for children to grow, learn, and feel safe to be fully seen.

My path into energy work began quietly through my own need to understand myself on a deeper level. As I moved through my personal healing journey, Reiki revealed itself to me by way of intuition. It became a source of grounding, insight, and transformation, helping me remember who I am and what I came here to do.

I now feel called to share that same support with others. Reiki has given me a way to guide people back to themselves. To the peace, intuition, and inner light that already lives within them. It’s my honor to walk beside you on your own journey home.
